Adoption in stages beats a big bang
Software that only pays off after you've moved bookings, billing and members in one weekend asks the operator to carry all the risk. We start alongside your existing systems and expand when the case is obvious.
About us
Perfect Swing Studio is a founder-led product for indoor golf simulator studios. It exists because the software most studios run was designed for gyms, salons or generic appointments — and simulator bays don't behave like any of those.
We're early, we say so, and we'd rather be useful to a small number of operators than impressive to a large number of visitors.
Mission
Most studios spend heavily attracting new golfers and comparatively nothing on the ones who visited once and never came back. That gap is the most expensive thing in the business, and it's where we start.
Philosophy
These aren't slogans — each one has changed how something in the product works.
Software that only pays off after you've moved bookings, billing and members in one weekend asks the operator to carry all the risk. We start alongside your existing systems and expand when the case is obvious.
Visits, tier, communications and invoices belong on one profile. Once that record is trusted, tee sheet, billing and reporting all get simpler.
Owners buy dashboards; staff live in the tee sheet. If a screen is slow on a full Saturday, no amount of feature depth rescues it.
We'd rather tell an operator in a demo that we're not the right fit yet than win a customer who discovers it in month three.
Where we are
You'll notice this site has no customer logos, testimonials or performance statistics. That's intentional — we don't have permission to publish customer names, and inventing numbers would tell you nothing true about your studio.
Perfect Swing Studio is currently working with a small group of founding studios through the Founding Studio Growth Program. That means direct product access, hands-on onboarding and real influence over what gets built next — and it also means the product is still actively taking shape around real operating problems.
Integration availability — payments, launch monitors, accounting — is reviewed during onboarding against your specific setup. We don't describe an integration as live for your studio until it has been confirmed.
If you want to see the reasoning behind the product rather than the product itself, the buyer's guide to choosing golf simulator management software and the 90-day marketing playbook are both written to be useful whether or not you ever become a customer.
Questions that aren't a demo request are welcome too — reach us at dmuckey@gmail.com or through the contact page.
The full platform view: grow first, then consolidate operations.
Lead capture, follow-up, events and retention.
A buyer's guide: evaluation checklist, requirements by studio type, rollout.
Private demo
A private demo is a conversation about your studio, not a scripted pitch. Tell us how you operate and we'll be straight about whether we fit.
