Privacy Notice

The only place this site asks for information is the demo request form. When you submit it, we receive the details you typed: your name, studio or company name, email address, phone number, number of bays, number of locations, the system you currently use, the operational challenge you described, your preferred contact method, any optional message, and your agreement to be contacted.

We also record which consent wording was shown to you, its version, and when you agreed to it. That record is written by our server, not by your browser.

This site is hosted on Lovable. Like any web host, Lovable processes the requests needed to serve pages and keep the site available, and it currently collects its own aggregate visitor telemetry for the published site. That collection is part of the hosting platform rather than something this website's code performs, so it is separate from the cookieless analytics described below and remains in place until it is disabled in the project's hosting settings.

We use PostHog in cookieless mode to understand how the site is used. No cookies are set and no identifier is stored in your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage for analytics. Visits are counted using a rotating, server-side anonymous hash, so there is nothing on your device to opt out of or clear.

The events we send are limited to:

• page views, recorded as the page path only — never the query string or fragment
• the referring domain (hostname only), not the full referring address
• a limited set of campaign tags from the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, msclkid, fbclid, li_fat_id), with capped values
• device and browser type, screen and window size, timestamps, and session duration. In cookieless mode your network address is used only transiently to produce a privacy-preserving server-side hash and is not stored or used for location enrichment
• interaction events: scroll depth reached, which calls to action were clicked, which FAQ items were opened (by a stable identifier, never the text), which major sections were viewed, and the state of the demo form — viewed, started, submitted, or failed

If a submission fails validation we record only the names of the fields that need attention.

Session replay, heatmaps, automatic click capture (autocapture), dead-click capture, exception capture, surveys, and form-content capture are all disabled. We never create analytics person profiles and never link analytics activity to an identity. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or share your information for advertising, and we do not run cross-site advertising trackers on this site.

The values you type into the demo form are never sent to analytics. Form contents go only to our own database.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it and analytics never starts. Because measurement is cookieless, nothing needs to be stored on your device and there is no analytics identifier to withdraw.

While you are browsing, we keep a small sanitized note in memory of how you reached the site and the most recent non-direct source. It contains only page paths, a referring hostname, and the capped campaign tags listed above — never full addresses or query strings — and it disappears when you close the tab.

The sanitized source values described above are attached to your demo request so we can see which pages and campaigns help operators. No analytics identifiers are ever attached to a demo request, and we do not join analytics activity to your enquiry.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a private demo, and keep a record of our conversation. If you ask us not to contact you again, we stop.

Demo requests are stored in a database that we control, and visitors cannot read, list, edit or delete those records. Only our team reviews them there — your submission is not forwarded to an email delivery provider or any other third party. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

To stop automated and repeated submissions we count recent attempts. Your network address and email address are processed into an irreversible keyed fingerprint before being counted — the limiter stores no raw network address and no raw email address, only those fingerprints and counts, and its entries are removed after 72 hours.

The site is served over HTTPS, submissions are validated on the server, and lead records can only be created by our own server code — the browser has no direct write access to them. No system can be described as perfectly secure, so we don't offer a guarantee; we can only tell you what we actually do.

We keep demo requests for as long as needed to follow up and maintain a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we're required to keep them.
