This page explains, in plain language, what information Perfect Swing Studio collects through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to remove it.

What this site collects and why
Information you give us
The only place this site asks for information is the demo request form. When you submit it, we receive the details you typed: your name, studio or company name, email address, phone number, number of bays, number of locations, the system you currently use, the operational challenge you described, your preferred contact method, any optional message, and your consent to be contacted.
Information collected automatically
Along with a submission we record the date and time and basic source information about how you reached the site — for example a referring page or campaign parameters in the link you clicked. This helps us understand which pages are useful to operators. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a private demo, and to keep a record of our conversation with you. If you ask us not to contact you again, we stop.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in our own database and are not publicly readable. A notification email is sent to us so we can reply promptly, which means the content of your submission passes through our email delivery provider. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Security posture
We take reasonable measures to protect submissions: the site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated on the server, and the stored records are configured so visitors cannot read, edit or list them. No system can be described as perfectly secure, so we don't offer a guarantee — we can only tell you what we actually do.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as needed to follow up and maintain a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we're required to keep them.
